Under ESCI+, a free solution will continue to be available for higher education institutions that currently rely on the EWP Dashboard. The future solution will offer functionalities similar to the current EWP Dashboard to support continuity in Erasmus+ mobility management throughout the transition to the next Erasmus+ programme and beyond.
For institutions, this means:
- Continuity of existing operational data
- Migration mechanisms are being designed to allow users to migrate their existing data from the current EWP Dashboard to the future free solution, maximise data reuse and minimise the recreation of existing data.
- No fees
- Institutions that choose to migrate to the future solution will not be required to pay to use the tool or to receive support, consistent with the principle that no users are left behind.
- A managed, supported process
- Accompanied by clear timelines along with dedicated support and user guidance.
- Security
- The new solution will be owned by the Commission and hosted in the Commission cloud. Data will be encrypted and securely stored, in full compliance with GDPR requirements.
